For co-created games, we reserve the rights to reprint, distribute, and potentially adapt the game, in accordance with the terms outlined in the co-creation agreement.

It is the responsibility of the creator or co-creator to ensure their game does not infringe upon any existing copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of others. By submitting a game for publication, the creator or co-creator acknowledges that they have conducted proper research and obtained the necessary permissions or licenses for any copyrighted material used.
9. Non-Disclosure
We maintain a strict non-disclosure policy until a game has been officially printed, launched, and entered into distribution. This ensures that your game remains confidential throughout the development and production stages.
10. Liability: Game Saleability and Reception
We understand that not all games, whether eGames or board games, may achieve the desired level of success. While we strive to promote and distribute the games we publish, we cannot guarantee the saleability or popularity of any particular game. We shall not be held liable for any inability to sell a game or for any lack of success in its distribution or reception. The success of a game depends on various factors, including market trends and consumer preferences. By submitting a game for publication, you acknowledge and agree that we shall not be held liable for any financial loss or disappointment resulting from the inability to sell the game or any negative reception.
